It is not electric product so almost nothing to repair!
But sometimes, can be broken as any usual product :)
Especially the needle for DUOMO (oops!)
But Do not worry. We made it replace easily!
We offer tow spare parts 1) the needles and 2) the brush.
When the broken the needles you can replace it and when the brush is too dirty or messy!
The each prices are 25 USD (20 EURO) for the needle set and the brush
